A Supportive Path Toward Lasting Growth

We work closely with children, adolescents, and families to create a safe, supportive space for meaningful change.

  • Make an Appointment

    Send an email to hello@thenurturingnest.com.au to organise your initial appointment. All follow up appointments will be able to be made through our online portal or with the psychologist.

  • Meet With Our Psychologist

    Initial consultation for children will be with the parent or caregiver. In the initial consultation you will gain an understanding of how the therapeutic process works and discuss yours or your child’s needs, goals and experiences so we can understand how best to support.

  • Relationship & Observation

    We spend the first consultations building a safe relationship while gaining a clear, holistic understanding of the client.

  • Begin Psychological Support

    Once a therapeutic relationship is established we start a tailored, evidence-based therapy designed to help meet the client’s needs and support their developmental growth.
